Everyday Inspiration

Good friends,

We made it to the halfway mark, but there is more to be done. Good news, God is steering, you are his passenger.

Hebrews 13:5 says, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.”

A revelation appear before as I continue the fast (all truths God reveal is not to harm you, but to heal and strengthen you), I found out I had symptoms of abandonment. Prior to attending the current church, I always felt alone in my walk through life, thus far. Never felt I had an accountability partner. I felt out of place in my family and among friends. It had been lurking in the background. On the outside, others would say being single, alone never bothered me. In hindsight, I felt loneliness all the time, fear of always being alone. Who could I run to, just to talk about it?

I felt as much as I had gotten closer to my friends, I was still in the shadows. I would share my life, fears, wishes, and goals. Little by little friends (past friends) would not understand. They stop calling or spending time with me. It was a struggle from earlier years until now. When I mean now, as I’ve chosen to walk with God, revealing the truths is what he’s working on. This scripture jumped out at me like lightening struck. My truth is I am different, I am transforming, and I am growing more in Gods love. Friends will come and go, its all apart of growth. As I get closer to my purpose with God, he will remove people from our lives who cannot help us grow. God brought new companions, those who can walk on alongside my journey.

I am Never Alone!

God is showing me how to love him more, love my identity, and love others as well. My contentment grows more. Hold on….don’t get me wrong I am headed into another part of the wilderness, where true commitment in God will be tested. This verse is going to be on my plate first thing every morning and every night without ceasing. I thought I shared this because, we all face abandonment in some form. It is a symptom created from a broken past. It is the enemy attack, to stop us from praying and turning to God. Don’t believe those schemes. Everyday, we must condition our thoughts away from the negativity, with the Lords prayer. Reciting this prayer is one step, the next is fellowship with others (even if its one person at a time), meditate on Gods word, lastly share the wealth of scripture to others, helping others. We should never walk this road alone. God made us to build together.

Never Alone

Never Abandon

God is right there!

Take Jesus by the hand, he will guide you to victory!
