Everyday Inspiration

Everyday Inspirations

Good Morning Friends,

It’s finally Wednesday, breathe in, breathe out. We’re almost at the finish line for the week. I pray you all are experiencing this gorgeous weather we’ve been having. God is so good, when you less expect it. God, always has perfect timing.

I know the scripture below may have been posted before, but this has been a constant reminder from God. Life does tend to throw curveballs, many of which presses against our emotions. We feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and stress out to the point we snap like a twig, and pretty much all chaos comes crashing down. We just want to let loose some words, they enemy loves to provide in the heat of the moment. We tend to spew our own negativity onto others.

Don’t get me wrong those feelings are warranted, but how we choose to react is what makes the difference. When was the last time you enjoy a 5 minute alone time? It can happen anywhere. Instead of going to lunch with coworkers, take a minute to unwind by yourself. You need space once in a while to breathe. Release the tension and focus on your breathing. Put on some worship music, a sermon, or read a book. Just something to get your mind off the negativity. You’ll notice a difference in 5 mins. Just me its better than staying angry. It requires to much energy to continue in heat, plus the day won’t get better because you’re mad. It just feeds the enemy.

Prayer and choosing to use Gods word is the enemies kryptonite. Use it against him!

God blessed you for making it to the middle of the week! Keep going!
