After a long day, it’s a race against the clock to meet deadlines, beat the traffic, and stay afloat for the chores at home. Sometimes, I need to catch a moment for myself. After a nice hot shower, I can give my skin some R & S, (Relax & Soothe) and sip my favorite tea. This is a great way to get ready for bed. Even if it’s just a few minutes, the best part is I can find time to read. This has helped me find peace at night. There is always time for you, so make time for self love.
