Feel Good | Exercises to relieve anxiety

A cup of tea can be a deep meditation

Adults have an anxiety disorder at some point in their lives, it’s very easy to feel alone when you live with anxiety. The pressure we face amid COVID. We are dealing with uncertainty and recovery, simultaneously. I have dealt with a lot of anxiety this year. Today, I want to share an exercise sequence to help reduce anxiety and restore balance.

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” -John‬ ‭14:27‬ ‭

  1. I love this. The anxiety is only starting to hit me now as it’s been close to 8 months being at home, and it’s just all the things. I’ve added to this by possibly buying my first home as well as feeling some type of way because I haven’t seen my parents in a long time. It’s just all the things … so this comes at a perfect time.

    1. Unexpected life changes can be difficult. One situation can be a domino effect for all other things going wrong. I totally understand. I find stopping, breathing, and a quiet moment can release the mental tension. I’m help to help. ☺️
