“Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.” – Psalms 100:4
It has been a busy week, it’s the reason for this late post. I pray everyone survived the work week. Let’s not focus on what went wrong. We’ll take a microscope lens to all the good things that we’ve stumbled upon. Here are some highlights which brought joy to my heart.
- Walked everyday at the park with my best friend, 2hrs a day. Yes! The fresh air helped to ease anxiety and stress from work.
- Helped a women in Target find command hooks for her home. I don’t work there, but she said she needed my help. Be one for someone.
- Helped my friend pick out a Christmas tree and made paper snowflakes to decorate a smaller tree.
If a simple act of kindness can put a smile on someone’s face, than my heart is happy. Giving and not expecting anything in return. God calls us to serve and love one another. A heart to help, pleases God.
Gratitude, embrace the moments which make your heart smile.
I’d love to hear from you! What are 2-3 things you are grateful for this week?
I invite you to get to know God intimately.
