Your wonderful works

Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things from Your law. Make me understand the way of Your precepts; so shall I meditate on Your wonderful works. Psalm 119:18,27

One of my birthday gifts was a new bible. I have about 4 bibles. I could remember a time in my life when I did not own a single one. It is not an achievement to have many, but to spend time reading and applying what I learn. I’ve asked God to lead me through the scriptures. His word breathes life and the purpose of living. Reading the Bible is a lifetime commitment. There is the hunger to acquire knowledge and engage with the scriptures to meet God within the pages.

The value of reading the Bible is to gain information and experience transformation. God is the best source of instruction. The actual test of knowledge comes from how we use it. We grow, pray, and share the knowledge we learn. We rely on His grace to embrace the truth. Open my eyes that I may see wondrous things from Your law.

Pray & Reflect:

Lord, open my eyes to see your wondrous law. Help me understand the way of your precepts. Teach to meditate on your wonderful works. Absolute knowledge resides only in your word. Faithful are your promises where it never returns void. Lord, uncover my eyes and unplug my ears to only your voice found in between the pages. In Jesus Name Amen

How can you learn to seek Him? What will you do today to move toward that?
