
By nature I am a multitasker. I tend to take on more than I can handle. Which has contribute to anxiety and burnout. I decided to re-evaluate how to complete my goals without compromising my health. Simple, I’ll create a to do list. I know what you’re thinking, this is not something new, everyone has one. True. Although, we tend to add too much on the to-do list which can leave us feeling stagnant and unmotivated.
Here is a simpler way to create a to do list, to reduce burnout, work efficiently, and receive the satisfaction of a ‘job well done’.
