Why do we have fears?
Confronting fear can be tough because it forces us to acknowledge the thing that makes us the most uncomfortable. Whether our fear stems from job lost, public speaking, or an illness, the thought of facing our fears is enough to trigger an emotional or physical response.
Fear can help protect us from dangerous environments, situations, or people. It can also hinder personal growth. We have to figure out the cause of our fears: is it to protect or misdirect. We can embrace fear to pursue courage, but we cannot do it alone.
Instead of thinking of fear as something that needs to be conquered or eliminated, God teach us how to use our fears to ignite the conqueror within. I hope today’s video will encourage you to face your fears with the most powerful tool, The Bible.
